The Residential/Working Permit is the approval that will be issue by the Canadian Immigration Bureau Services (CIBC) - There is a bank CIBC and work permit are approved by IRCC officers. - Just google and you could get a list of scam emails.

Lastly, English is not that great. Do not fall for this fake letter to regret later.

I know it's fake just by reading it. It's very obviously a scam. There are many reasons. A few reasons are:
- Air Canada isn't hiring. No one is flying right now.
- Letter is badly written

I know it's fake just by reading it. It's very obviously a scam. There are many reasons. A few reasons are:
