has anyone heard of some fake job offers that some employers in canada were creating just to help out some people get papers? look at this, http://vancouversun.com/g00/opinion/columnists/douglas-todd-fake-jobs-help-fast-track-citizenship-for-immigrants?i10c.referrer=https://www.google.com/

how could government officials suspect or determine when a job offer is fake or phony? when someone falls under the skilled worker category, what will the government investigate to see if the job offer is legitimate? how can it be determined if a job offer is real and when its not? what is the government trying to do to investigate this type of fraud? does anyone know? can someone or anyone please give me their opinions on this matter. rsvp. thank you.

Easy answer. There are many many different ways CIC can identify a fake job offer. So just stay away from fake job offers and you'll be fine. If what you are really here to ask is how you can use a fake job offer without being caught - then you've come to the wrong place. No one here is going to help you commit immigration fraud.
