My cousin has failed 3 courses from first term
I talked to her and we know why
The college said to apply for readmission and she will now be on probation

My question is, is there anything we should be aware of in terms of immigration? Such as expiry of permits, impact on PR etc.

She will not be eligible for PGWP if she doesn’t maintain full time status.

So is her study permit even valid? If college has said she needs to reapply to gain admission then the school should have informed IRCC and cancelled her visa.
