Failed to inform about Marriage while PR in progress

My AOR - 7th June
Marriage date - 21st June
Now im in PPR stage, but got ADR's (july 1st& Aug 1st) in between the process. I dont know that i can inform about marriage without marriage certificate so dint informed about marriage to IRCC.

NOW I WANTED TO INFORM BEFORE GETTING COPR, TO AVOID MISINTERPRETATION.

But people are saying, i delayed it too much(2 months) and officer may feel it as intentional hiding. If hiding is my intention, I would've gone with thr copr approval right.

Im really comfused. I dint tried to hide, just wanted to get a marriage certificate. But its been 2 months since marriage. What shd i do? How can i convey such intention even when i failed to mention during ADR requests

It is mandatory that you notify IRCC about your marriage and add your spouse to the application.

Yes ive understood it now. Will this come under misinterpretation? Im revealing it in PPR stage and even before landing right. Its just that ive failed to update them for 2 months, even when i got ADR for other things. How serious it can be now? Any chance of refusal?

Sure im getting certificate tmrw, so ill mention that ive received my official certificate tmrw ao updating them now. Since it is a legal proof, ive waited for it. Is this explanation fine? Just needed some help in this situation.
