Failed to get SIN Number. Received my eCOPR but does not have a barcode

Hi,
I received my COPR by email (eCOPR) recently. As advised in the attachment I went to a Service Canada office to get my SIN number. They said the email needs to have a barcode. The email I received from Niagara Falls IRCC/CIC office has everything my Unique Client Identifier (UCI) and my CoPR Document #. But the Service Canada officer said it needs to have Barcode.
Any experience or advise?

The eCOPR you have received is in email or you downloaded from PR status confirmation website? I have downloaded and it has 3 barcodes, at the top.
