Failed to get Employment Letter

Hi,

I am in the pool but I did not receive ITA yet. I have claimed two working positions in the Express Entry profile as follows:

- 6 years in Position 1 in a company in my home country -- I managed to get a detailed employment letter from this company.
- 1 year in Position 2 in another company in a different country. I failed to get a detailed employment letter from this company. However, I have to mention that I have visited this country because I have stayed there more than 6 months and at some point, I will submit the PCC from this country.

Given that Position 2 will not add any extra points to me, my question is, should I keep Position 2 in the profile? I am afraid to remove it from the profile and the officer may wonder why I have visited this country.

You can remove it from Work History section in your EE profile. However, after you receive an ITA, you will have to disclose the second job and add it in Personal History section (not the Work History section) which only appears after the ITA. In this case, you will not have to submit any reference letter. Good Luck!

i have the same problem as yours, i just need to get all the required details on the job i have for more than 4-5 or more years , for jobs that just lasted for the 1 -3 years , i still submitted on the portal along with just a simple certification / goodbye letter from the company (still with their company headers, and other details, but not as detailed as the letter i have for the company that I have worked for more than 5 years) , there have been no follow up case on my application regarding the work experience history, so in this case, it should just be fine.

hello, i actually put all my employment on the employment section.....but did not put any information regarding the employment in the "Personal History" section.
