Hi I am from the Philippines,

Ive been married to a canadian for two years and I just got my visa last june as he sponsor me. It is so happen that my husband is not willing to be with me anymore and living with someone else. too bad to know this too late. right now he havent talk to me for over two weeks. and get a confirmation to his aunt that he really doesnt want to be with me anymore. but he doesnt want to face me either. Since I got my visa, I still want to go to canada and start a new life. my family lives in ontario where I could stay.

It is just that in the law. I have to stay with him for 2 years. What can I do to still come to canada even we are already parting ways? I just want to move forward and never look back in this nightmare. I do think I have more opportunities in canada so I still want to continue to go there. Is there any exceptions about this?

what I knew was exceptions during the time I get there. which is conditional permanent residency. I wonder if same thing applies before I get there?

PLEASE HELP ME...

How long were you married before he sponsored you for PR? Does your COPR have Condition 51 listed on it?

Assuming you haven't yet landed in Canada as a PR, you should know that if your husband has already reported your relationship breakdown to CIC and that he no longer wants to sponsor you, you may be rejected at your landing if you try to come here on your COPR visa, and forced to return back to home country immediately. Plus even if you were allowed to land as PR, you would not be living with your sponsor so violating condition 51, and would again most likely just have your PR revoked shortly after arriving.

You applied to come to Canada via family sponsorship, and that family no longer wants to sponsor you. So really you don't qualify to come to Canada anymore, and should look into the other economic immigration streams and try to qualify independently for something.

Your sponsor should have contacted IRCC to cancel the sponsorship. It's unclear why he has not done so, yet. If you are subject to "Condition 51" because you were married for less than 2 years AND had no children together when the sponsorship application was started, then you are at risk of losing it at any time in the 2 years after you "land". Under the circumstances, the possibility of claiming the "domestic abuse" exemption would appear to be zero.
It would appear that although technically still married, the relationship between you is over, which raises the question of whether or not you should still attempt to obtain PR status based on spousal sponsorship and "family reunification".
