Failed citizenship test

Hi, I have just learned that my husband did not pass citizenship test and he is on a waiting list for the judge hearing. Does anybody know what happens during the hearing and what the chances are that he can be rejected?

Hi, I want to know when did you give the test and what happened at the interview. Please let me know I gave my test on October 2011 and hasn't got any reply yet.
