I can not sign in my GC key account, after I input my ID and password and click Continue, it shows:

Invalid Session

Your Sign In session has timed out or is invalid. Please return to the Government of Canada online application to Sign In again.

To help protect your information, please close your browser before leaving this computer unattended.


Both Chrome and Firefox failed to sign in my account.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

When was the last time you signed in ? I read somewhere that it doesn't allow you if you haven't logged in for a year.

Make a new ID. You would be able to see your previous applications in there.
