Factor 3; Eligibility Tool; Fedral Skilled Worker

Hi all,

I am on Workpermit. While i look into the 67 points eligibility tools, the factor 3 is worrying me. Is that wok experience mean the NOC experience here in canada or the overall expeience, what i have gained in other countries also.

Also let me know which one will be processed quickly, the fedral skilled worker class or the canadian experience class.

experience anywhere in the world for which you can give documentry evidence and which can be verified is acceptable and counted for points

furthermore experience must be in NOC in Skill Type 0 or skill level A or B. not necessarily in 28 NOC list.
