Hey guys, got our COPR collected yesterday, just noted an error in the paper and would like to clarify with you who might have an idea.

I thought my eye colour black which I filled in my initial application. But soon after, I realized it is actually brown, actually dark brown. I did not take it seriously. However, when I saw it is black in the COPR and noted from CIC bulletin that only errors made by immigration will be corrected. Not sure if Officers will correct it when I do the landing in the international airport. If not, can I get it corrected inland after landing? Also, will this potentially have impact in the future, when apply for citizenship?

Appreciate if anyone has some ideas. Thanks,

What is written in your passport?

Generally errors in COPR does not matter. I have never heard of anyone getting in trouble cause of COPR info.

Thanks man for reply. My passport does not have such info. That is why I thought I am black eye color.

I am not worried too much about the errors for the landing purpose, just a bit concern if there would be any potential issue in the future when renew the pr card or apply for citizenship.

Yes, you can get it corrected when you land. No worries!

Thanks Jes, I will try to get it corrected. But I also know from some friends that sometimes the border don't correct for us. Will see.
