Ok so try calling pressing zero after you chose your option, in order to get an agent.
But in any case if you applied in Feb the timeline is not that bad. It also depends on the country you're from and the case.

Did you have a valid status at the time you applied ?
yes I entered first of january and end of june my six month will be over, I send my documents on february which is fine I suppose.

Yes, so you don't have to worry about that at all because now that you have applied, you have legal status until a decision is made. You don't have to extend your stay or do anything.

Try calling to see what's up with your OWP and your application in general. But if they dont have any updates it's ok for now anyway. You just have to be patient.

I just found the link about extending my stay in canada and I shared below :

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=248&top=28

Correct me if I'm wrong please. From what I understand by reading that. I have the right to leave the country as far as I meet all the admissibility rules, which is having a valid visitor visa in my case and I granted with multiple entry visitor visa till 2028.

So,visiting my family for 2 months would not make a problem I belive.right?
Of course you have the right to leave Canada. However, you do NOT have the right to enter Canada.

A requirement of inland is that you be cohabiting IN Canada with your spouse for the entire app. A 2 month absence could easily lead to a determination that you are no longer cohabiting in Canada and therefore no longer qualify for PR.

Is there any specific time amount for this? I mean how can I be ensure a 2-3 weeks visit to family won't make a problem on my file?

There is no specific time. Keep it to 2-3 weeks and you should be fine.
