I need some advice to keep my husband with me in Canada.
We are married and we want him to process his permanent residency while staying in Canada. Ideally, we will like to apply for a work visa simultaneously.
Should we apply for the inland or the outland application?
My husband tourist visa expires in 45 days. I believe we can fill for an extension of his stay by filling the imm5708e.
However, we are confused by this question:

Once the extension visa is filled out, should we send the PR - work visa application at the same time.

- an initial temporary resident permit or extension of a temporary resident permit
- a restoration of temporary resident status as a visitor.
Once the extension visa is filled out, should we send the PR - work visa application at the same time.
