Extension of SOWP - !!!URGENT Advice Required!!!

Hi All,

My OWP is expiring on 28 Feb 2020, and my husband recently joined a job in which he is having a role of "team Lead Training". Trainee role does not fit under skilled job category but Team Lead role comes in the Skilled category job. We are yet to get the updated offer with the role of "Team Lead", my queries are:

1. Do i need to apply for OWP Extension latest by 28th Jan 2020 or i can apply later as well?
2. Once we get the Offer letter i can update the application onine with offer letter and payslips as and when they come?
3. in worst case, if i applied for OWP extension and i cant meet the criteria of skilled job+paystubs, by say 20th Feb, do i need to apply for Visitor Visa?
4. Or i can continue my work under Implied status?
5. Also, my daughter accompnied me on a Vistor Visa and her visa is also expiring on feb 28, 2020. Can we apply for her Visitor Visa extension from my Spouse's account or need to apply with my application only?

1. You can apply up until your current permit expires.

2. You can try but the app can still be refused if you apply before you qualify.

3. Yes, if you don't qualify, you should apply to change your status before your permit expires.

4. You could but be aware that if your app is rejected as incomplete, your Implied Status disappears and any work done after Feb 28th would be illegal.

5. Her visitor status can be extended separately from you.

cant i continue to work in the implied status? and if get rejected in case, then for restoration days would be counted from rejection date or last date of existing permit?

If rejected as incomplete, last date of permit.

ok..and while applying for Visitor Visa for my daughter do we need to show funds?
Also, if i apply for WP Extension on say 15th Feb and feels like things wont work can i apply for Visitor visa before 28th Feb- on top of WP Extension application?
