Hi guys I posted on here around a month ago and need some new advice....I'll make it as short as I can...
Have been living here with my fiancee since Nov 24 2015 as a visitor(am from UK, he Canadian) applied for three month extension just before my six months allowance here ran out with intent to return to UK and apply for sponsorship outland.
Took some bad advice and didn't realise that we were not common law as we had not lived one total continuous year together.
Need another three months here in order to complete a total year as common law or get married within the next month.
Our extension application was accepted, they actually granted me the full three months plus an extra month so I have been told I must leave Canada by
September 28th of this month.
Can I now apply for another extension?? If so how long can I ask for??
When I apply for the second extension do I then have again implied status until I receive the reply for that application??
Any advice would be much welcomed.
