Fill out the Use of Representative form here... http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp and send it through a case specific enquiry or follow the directions in the letter to send it. I hope this helps.

I'm fairly certain that after they transfer your file, it will say not needed, but when they open your file and start working on it, it changes to not started.

Sending an email or a fax asking for an extension on the 30 days explaining the wait time for the certificate and providing a phone number for the consulate so they can confirm. Give them as much information as you can. I have not found any other way of contacting CPC-Ottawa. Best wishes!!

It would probably be best to send them something more current that shows you are living together still. More proof can't hurt.

That really sucks. Maybe send an email to the VO? It seems that if they can look up your information that they could at least give you a file number, UCI or something to follow. :(
