Extension for passport request

Hello, I received my ppr in UAE but company is not giving me my passport for that i have to give resignation that will take more than 30 days so how i can extend my time limit from 30 day.
And i submitted my application in ABUDHABI and received ppr here in abudhabi can i submit my passport for stamp in india

Hi, luckily I submitted my passport on 29th day but by my lawyer got that extension in 1 week through local MP office .
