Extension closed work permit - imm5710 e

Hello guys
Does anyone know more about filling out the imm 5710 E form for close WP extension? In the field, "Details of intended work in Canada," what answer should i put on question "What type of work permit you applying for"? I'm applying for extension closed WP and application don't have that answer. Currently, i'm working in Alberta on WP that is about to expire in October.
