Extending your work permit with PNP?

Do we get the work support letter from Ontario along with the Nomination or do we have to ask for it separately?
So after we receive provincial nomination we are eligible for BOWP? I heard its only after AOR. Can i also extend my spouse work permit if i get BOWP?

Province will issue this letter - You have to ask them
You need AOR to Apply usually - For Express this is instant
For Non Express, you can apply BOWP with a WSL from Nominating authority while waiting for AOR
With AOR of BOWP, you can apply SOWP Extension as well

Thank you i will be a PNP in Express Entry still i will be getting 600 points. In my case, i will be getting AOR the same day or could it take couple months ?
Also, can BOWP come before AOR and how long does is it issued for?
