Hi,
My wife's visitor visa is almost up, and I need some advice on the reasoning as I don't want to make it sound like she's doing work here.
My wife gave birth to our daughter last month, and I need my wife to continue to take care of her while I work. Would CIC order her to leave and separate her child and her? That would affect the quality of life for the child tremendously as she's currently breast feeding. Would that be a valid reason for her to stay? Indicate the baby cannot leave with her at this time, and my daughter needs her mother?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
