Extending study visa inside canada

Hi i called cic today and they said your application has been approved but the processing time they showing working on files recieved on feb 9, 2018. I applied on feb 26,2018 Normal processing time is 34 days so what can it mean?

May I ask when did you apply? I also applied for extension but haven’t got any update. I find the processing time is the same as couple of weeks ago. It happens that they do not update timely.
