I am currently in pgwp whoch will expire by this weekend . I am planning to apply for visitor visa . My question is will there b an issue to apply for work permit if i receive my nomination while in visitor status

You will need to apply to extend your stay as a visitor, not for a visitor visa.

Thank u for the reply jalex ...and while i am in canada in extended stay status n i teceive pnp (just in case ) i heard to apply for work permit i shud apply via paper tht too it shud go to cic office in my home country

Yes implied status as a visitor ...means u cant either study or work while waiting for the result for extended stay application

I am filling application to extend my stay as a visitor .but i hav confusion on filling the application ...whts the differnts btwn temperory resident visa n temporary resident permit !!! Which one shud i apply for ???

Also wht did you mention for " name of the person or address which u intend to visit"
