Hey, my wife and I are about to submit our Application for a spousal visa, but I was wondering about the visa extension, can I send that in with the Visa app, or do I have to send it separately?

Now, I have to do medical exams and Police checks with it... How would we do that, do I have to get certified copies, or can I just photocopy them myself?

If you are applying Outland, an Up-Front medical exam is required. The authorized Physician will submit the exam results to CIC electronically and they will give you a document to include with you application to CIC as proof of your medical . The police clearance should be an original which you must submit with your application. You will find all these instructions on the website where you download the application.
