Extended family member travel...not fully vaccinated

Hi

Need help regarding travel of my sister (Extended family Member) ..i am canadian citizen..My sister visa is expiring on December 15 and want to have her visit before visa expires..now the problem is she had only one dose of covid vaccine..she tested positive 3 months before and taken one dose vaccine..can she travel to canada under extented family member essential travel ...and quarantine for 14 days and along with her son who is 4 years old.
Please provide your response..It will be very helpful.Thank you

yes my sister's son is having visa and valid for another 3 years .. Quarantine plan is we have semi detached house with 3 separate bedrooms and washrooms and basement too.

She will have to show that her and her son will have no contact for you for 14 days.

He son does qualify to come to Canada unless vaccinated based on the travel wizard. How old is he?

Your sister will need to remain in the basement. Is there a bathroom there?

Basement didnt have washroom ..but there is washroom in first floor and we stay in second floor(remaining 3 bedrooms) ..My sister's son is 4 years old.

So can the first floor be exclusively theirs? Do you need to use anything on the first floor? (e.g. main entrance if there isn't access on the second floor, kitchen??)

It doesn't sound like a self contained basement for them to be quarantined. You may need to look for hotel or airbnb for them .

They ( her husband and daughter ) recently got their visitor visa they applied in July for get to gather.they are living in Italy. Fully vaccinated. Please someone can provide information . I have checked cic website but in Italy travel agents are saying they cannot travel as of now . Plz reply if anyone have any knowledge about this thanks

Agree that if there is a kitchen living room, entranceway, etc.on that 1st floor then it isn’t a suitable quarantine location.

Is her husband vaccinated with Pfizer, AZ, Moderna or J&J? How old is the child?

Need one more help..My Father want to travel along with my sister to canada..His visa is expiring on November 15.. he is fully vaccinated and i am canadian citizen..can i know what is the minimum validity of visa to be for travelling to canada ??
