Extend Work Permit, Applied under Spouse

Hi,

I have applied for PR under my spouse. My spouse is a Canadian citizen. I have applied for Inland application and my work permit is expiring soon. Can I extend my work permit based on the PR application that I send under my spouse after marriage.

Is it an owp that you were given via the inland spouse sponsorship route?

If so:

1. Yes you can apply for an extension;
