Hello,
Can parents leave Canada after eight months and return to Canada to stay for the next four months? With this assumption, IRCC approved extending their visitor visa for another Six months.
Thank you in advance for your answer

It's really not clear what you are asking. Can you rephrase your question?

Are you asking if your parents can leave after staying 8 momths and then immediately return to Canada again after for 4 months? If so, that's up to the CBSA officer at the border who will determine if they will be allowed into Canada and for how long.

Visitors can stay in Canada for up to six months, but we can request to extend their visitor visas up to another six months. My question is: If I can extend the visitor visa for my parents for another six months, during this time, can parents leave Canada, for example, for one year, and come back after that? With this assumption, they would stay just two months in the second six months' permission, and four months would be left.

No. That's not at all how it works.

The extension is only good for as long as they remain in Canada. The extension does not allow them to leave and then reenter Canada. If the leave after two months, there is no four months left.
