10,000 is required plus tuition fees.

Hi, I have a doubt here,
1. Can I pay the tuition fees for my next course, and then apply for extension of study permit visa ?
OR
2. Do I have to show the tuition + one year living expenses in my bank account first and then apply for visa extension ?
AND
3. Do I have to show the funds in my Indian bank account or the bank account I have in Canada ?

Not sure about the requirements for visa extension. You can show both your accounts if you like.
