I recently went to a renowned Immigration Consultancy and talked to them about applying for Canadian P.R; they, however, asked me to deposit the fee asap and apply through an EOI. I, therefore, tried to ask them that EOI for which province, but they said it is valid for every province and you could get a P.R at a score of 350. They even showed me a couple of people receiving EOI. I am pretty confused about this EOI, if someone could tell me more about that.

Its hard to get an Invitation to Apply (ITA) from IRCC at 350 CRS score. Provincial Nomination can get you the required points (600) but its not as easy as it looks or they make it sound.

Also, only a few provinces issue nomination without a valid job offer and they are quite competitive. The immigration consultant you visited is not telling you the complete story and is after your money. Once you pay them, you'll see a totally different side of them. You'd be better off applying by yourself. You are on the best forum available for Canadian immigration.
