Express profile Ineligible

Hi,
Can someone please help me as I am having trouble understanding why my profile became ineligible when initially I got 413 as my total score and got an e-mail in my inbox to enrol in the Job Bank. However after 2 weeks, my profile was updated as ineligible and I cannot figure out why. My circumstances are as below:

ECA included for my Master's degree
IELTS score - Reading - 7.5 Listening - 8.5 Writing - 7.5 Speaking - 7
I have included my 4 years of experience under NOC 0121 (Current job) and 2 years and 1 years respectively under 1434.
Funds - $18,000 (ME as principal applicant, spouse and 1 child)

Can you please advise:
*If my funds are insufficient?
*Should I add my 17 years of education in the application which 2 years of masters, 3 years of bachelors and 12 years of secondry education. Currently I have only shown my BAchelors (without ECA) and Masters (with ECA recognising the degree as masters)
*Any other reason which may make my application as ineligible?

Funds should be more then 18300, change that it should be good then.

JUST CHILL is right on money..... as you are 3 people u should have more than $ 18,260

I just realised that I had $20,000 as funds on my profile so that should not be a reason.

Would you know any other reason which would have resulted in my profile becoming ineligible??

I think that is the only reason... try out EE profile another time... it should be fine

Hi gaitizaidi,

There is nothing wrong with your profile. It's the issue with MyCIC site, it still have some bugs in it. So now the best option for you is create a new profile all over again.
