Please, I need your candid advice. I am 53 years old, completed 2 year Masters degree in Manitoba and I have worked over 1 year in my field of study NOC 11201 . My Celpip score- Reading 12, Writing 8, Listening 8 and Speaking 7. Please, can I apply for Express Entry considering my age. Thank you.

You can likely submit a profile but your score has a good chance of being too low to be selected. Suggest researching recent draws so that you can get an idea of what score is needed to be selected. Also calculate your score.

I don't want to discourage you but you will a massive amount of points for your age. Try to improve your English scores and if possible try to get a B2 level French. However, with new stricter immigration policies it's going to get more tougher at least until 2027. You could also search for PNP programs in Manitoba but I suppose even that would be a stretch considering IRCC is closing down many PNP streams.
