We Got an ITA and We received PCC last week, need to submit my PR within next 2 weeks, but my wife need to travel to India for a month, do i again need to apply for PCC or we can submit the application, please let me know.

Is she travelling after you submit your application for PR or before it?

No Don't do that. You are lucky to get an ITA and you dont know what is going to happen. Ask her to postpone the visit if possible. 1st Submit and then travel.

Right. Declining the ITA is the not the right route. Postponing the visit is better.
