It really depends on the circumstances. It may be several months before you hear anything, sometimes longer. Really impossible to comment without knowing the circumstances of your application and what was requested (and if it was something like a PFL that you received).

It’s a dependent child sponsorship. I was told to pay extra fees and send the receipt either through courier or webform within 30 days. I submitted through webform.. so just wondering how long it might take for them to receive it and for me to hear from them again

I don't think it really matters. You're overthinking this. Everything is taking longer right now. It's normal that you haven't heard anything and there's nothing you can do but wait.
