Depends on your IETLS score but to increase your score for an invitation you need a Masters and better IELTS if not high enough. Becoming fluent in French will increase your score too.

Scoring more in IELTS will not get you an Invitation through Express Entry. You want a score of 470 or above so a masters or second degree/diploma.
