I am married, 25 years old, not inviting my husband, he is not a Canadian. I had worked for 3 years as a supervisor, i have two years diploma in Canada, my sister-in-law is canadian, i do not have LMIA or Nomination, my celpip is R9 L8 S7 W8. Thats all i makes 474 points in total bt my one lawyer said points are 393 other said 448. What to do

- You cannot claim points for your sister-in-law if your husband isn't coming to Canada. You must answer "no" to this question.
- Did you claim 50 points for having a job offer? Most likely you are not entitled to these points and must answer "no" to the job offer question too.

Is all your work experience in Canada. If your husband isn't accompanying you, you can't count the points.
