Hi sir / madam
I am currently working in an company as an administrative assistant and I have completed more than 1 year experience here and now I got my employment letter from head of department but between this 1 year I got the same letter from my manager to sponsor my husband on spousal work permit but 2 times he got refusals.
Now I want to confirm few things:
1. As my husband got refusal, It will not matters to my PR file?
2. If I will quit this job, and if cic call to verify my employment my normal office number is given by HOD.Because I have some issues with my manager if my manager will talk to cic .I am not sure that she will answer in my favour.
As my employment is perfectly fine I worked there for proper 1year a d 3 months

2. It's very rare for IRCC to call place of work to validate experience. In most cases such validation is done based on the work reference letter.

That means they do not call usually to verify.
I cant understand the second point how they will validate from reference letter?

And I am also getting paid $14 /hour and working only 32-40 hours In ontario so my average salary for last year is $26000
I just want to know is there any minimum wage problem can be?

Basically they will compare duties listed on the work reference letter with the lead statement for NOC you choose on the application. The work reference letter needs to be on the company letter head and hence is an official document from your employer. The assumption is no company is going to give a reference letter on company letter head if you haven't worked for them. Else that is fraud. And I think if they suspect fraud they will reach out to company and validate the details but that is not done in all cases.

There is no problem as such but if you have a NOC which looks like a high paying job and then you show low salary that may be a cause for them to look for more details. For example if you have reference letter where you claim to be senior manager at a company and then show low salary that would be an issue.

But what they are looking for is paid work experience. Not really how much you were paid.

You're overthinking this. There is a difference between planning for future and trying to solve for all hypothetical scenarios that can occur in future. Your first goal should be to submit the application. Beyond that honestly no one can help you and you need to figure out things when they happen.
