Hello, my crs score is 460, with one year Canadian experience in recent draws score is more then 460 , if i add my indian experience my score goes to 486 but i did not mentioned it in my application form. what to do now.

I entered in express entry pool with 460 CRS, and recent draws are going higher than 460. Any possibility of ITA?
