Hello everyone.
Can you guys please help me out with these question.
I came to usa in 2007 as an f-1 student, i got married to my first husband for a year and half and it did not work out so uscis said my marriage was fraud. I am now remarried and have kids with my current us citizen husband but uscis still saying my first marriage was fraud so wont grant me permanent residence. My case still pending with uscis. We are tired of fighting for this battle so we would like to move to Canada
1. My husband is apply for express entry to immigrate to canada, can my kids and i go with him? Will i have any problems at the border (we will be driving)
2. How can we import our car? What about driver license and car insurance?
3. How to transfer our money? Will a cashier check from chase bank can be deposit into a canadian bank? How will the money be available?
Thank you guys please help me out. My family just want to stay together, i want my kids to grow up with both parents

Either you or your husband can initiate the PR process for EE. You may be more eligible than he, so try to research who is more eligible and whoever amongst you is more eligible can add your entire family to their application as dependent.
That's what you need to do first. Spend some time researching the application process. It can take anything from 6 months to years depending on whether or not you have a good CRS score to get invited to apply immediately.

But because I'm not very clear on if you're asking how to apply or yohve already apploed and you want to know if your family can land in Canada with you husband. Then the answer to that is YES, provided you were all included in his application
You can easily search the answers to questions 2 & 3 on this forum provided you've got your PR.
