Can anyone tell that is Mobile Advisor falls under NOC list??
And if I’m applying after gaining one year of Canadian experience, Can I only apply under Canadian Experience Class??

If it's this one then your work experience does not count as "skilled" work experience and you won't be able to apply under the CEC program.

No. I mean if your duties/responsibilities match the NOC of the link that I provided (skill type C) then your work experience won't be eligible for CEC.

Only work experience under NOC 0, A or B is relevant.
