Express entry

Hello

My brother wants to immigrate to Canada who is 37 years old. The only problem with him is the IELTS score. He is a software engineer from India and have a work experience of more than 15 years in India and around the world. So, Without a good score with IELTS, is it impossible to even get consider for express entry. Kindly help me. I am a Canadian citizen and I know he can get some more points from me.

We need more information - what were his IELTS Scores? There are minimum scores he has to achieve to be eligible.
Also, have you calculated his Federal Skilled Workers (FSW) programme eligibility (i.e. does he have more than 66 points out of 100 on the FSW grid), and have you calculated his Comprehensive Ranking System (FSW) score to determine his likelihood of being invited to apply for permanent residency, if he is eligible?
