I have contract job. So, my company pay me in my HST number. Can I eligible for express entry after finish 1 year experience? I do not have any pay stub because of contract job.

yes, no need for pay stubs provided your company provides you with a reference letter containing the needed information by cic. the way they pay you doesn't matter. the important thing is that you complete the full time one year and that your NOC is 0 A or B
I do not understand because I asked so many people and lawyers. They told me that you need pay stub because you have to submit your paystub in Express Entry profile.
The people you talked to don't know anything. They are the most dangerous people to be with: spraying wrong info as if it is right. I suggest you don't talk to them about EE anymore.
The only thing that is mandatory is reference letter with the correct template and required info. Pay stub is optional. You can include your T4 also, but that is optional too.

not true. paystubs are needed for example when your company doesn't provide you with the needed letter or it closed down, so you have to gather proof of work, paystub is a proof of this not the requirement. please start by reading the documentation on the website before asking people
there is no template. there are information that are needed, you can find it on the cic website in the proof of work section
