My work time changed a while ago(still more than 30 hr/week), which means my salary is also different. Could someone please tell me in this case, how could I ask my HR to write the job letter. Do i need to state the hourly pay? Thank you.

Hi,
get a reference letter from your HR that has below details in company letterhead
  • The position you held.
  • The dates you started work for the company.
  • Number of hours worked for a week with Salary oer annum
  • Overall job duties.
  • The name of the issuer.with contact details.

Thank you very much for your reply. My question is since my hours has shortened, along with my annual salary is less than before. Should I just ask HR to put down the latest working hour and salary or mention both my earlier salary and current salary?

They have to state exact information for both periods.
