Express Entry work experience eligibility.

Hey everyone,

I’m a bit confused regarding the work experience eligibility question. It says "In the last 10 years, how many years of skilled work experience do you have? It must have been continuous, paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only one occupation." I'm a bit confused regarding the "continuous" and "one occupation" parts. If someone could please clarify this with an example or scenario, that would be much appreciated.

It means if you are applying under FSW then your primary job based on which you are claiming points should be continuous job for one full year atleast or 1560 hours i.e. 30 hours per week for 12 months. And it should be under NOC O A or B category
