Ok, so if some one works part time arund 28 hours per week for 1 year 4 months they qualify? I think some thing we r missing here. Cic might consider 15 hours only per week to calculate experience because hours earned between 16 and 29 is just extra hours. Those hours shld nt be consider to calculate experience.

That is correct...For part time calculations CIC assumes 15 hrs. per week only even if you worked 20 or 24 hrs per week.
Just as for Full-time calculations CIC assumes 30 hrs. per week only even if you worked 35 or 40 hrs per week.
