Express Entry Without LMIA

Hello All,
I hope someone can help me with this,

1) What is Arranged Employment, I have full time job working in international Company but no LMIA.
2) Do anyone think they are going to lower their CSR?
3) What Employer need to do for getting LMIA?

Hi there,

1. Here's the definition of "arranged employment" as per CIC's express entry (basically, permanent job offer + LMIA = arranged employment):

2. Any response to that question at this time would be just speculation, but as top ranking candidates get systematically drawn from the pool, candidates with a lower score should be getting ITAs (especially those with scores close to 600 with no LMIA/PNP).

You don't need a valid job offer or PN to create EE, but either one gives you 600 points from the CRS matrix.

Yeah but without the 600 pts you practically wont get ITA

I am curious with PN, would you still need job offer / LMIA? Seems like you still have to qualify for the job portion
