Express entry withdrawal question

Hi Everyone,

I am currently in the express entry pool with a valid profil until Jan 2023 with eligibility points for the Federal Skilled Worker being higher than 67 points.

On my birthday in Dec 2022 the eligibility points will go below 67 points, so I was wondering should I withdraw my profil on that day or is the profil still
valid until it expires in Jan 2023 ?

This is not the crs I am talking about, it is the eligibility points
