Express entry with 1 year of experience under NOC B

Hello Everyone,
I am on post graduation work permit and currently working in a Financial company. My concern is :

1) when I apply for express entry after 1 year of work experience ( Nov 2017 to Nov 2018) , Can I change my job when my PR is in process ( Say I join new job in Dec 2018)?

2.)I will Complete my 1 yr of work in Sept and my employer issue T4 in around Feb. Can I use previous T 4 and NOA ?

Any help will be appreciated .

1. Yes you can change jobs as long as your PGWP is still valid.
2. Yes you can use the 2018 T4 and NOA

Hey PMM,
I applied for a job on Indeed and got that job. Job posted had exact verbatim with NOC JD. I have requested my HR to paraphrase my JD. If you dont mind, Can you please send blank email to sps.singh32@gmail.com so that I can send you paraphrased JD just to have your experienced view on it.
