Express Entry vs Student Permit

Hi,

My profile is in Express Entry pool which was created last year.But My CRS score is very less.I didn't get any reply.Now I have got the Admission for Sep-2019 in one of the universities -decided to go for student permit

So should I Answer to the below question??

Check the box to indicate if you have ever:

1. applied previously to enter or remain in Canada.

EE profile to be withdrawn and then selecting NO option for the above question?
EE profile to be remain same and then selecting NO option ?
EE Profile to be with drawn and then YES option
EE profile to be remain same and then YES option

Rate of chances of cross verifying? Please provide your comments

Please help me out by giving your valuable comments?I'm seeking for guidance as I couldn't decide on this

You answer NO because you never got an ITA. Being in the pool is not an application. Just make sure you never applied for a TRV or PNP or other PR programs in the past.

Thankyou so much for your response.

Even I have applied for Manitoba, Quebec PNP's but I have got any invitation. Same like EE.So in that case also..I have to mention as "NO".
