Express Entry vs MPNP Paper application: Fastest Processing

Hello to the wonderful experts here. I need help with making a decision.

We have two windows open

Today we received the MPNP nomination (paper application, non-express entry)

I just complete the CRS Ranking tool and received 480 points

The most recent Express Entry July 12, 2017, lowest score was 440 points. I am, however, awaiting English test results and WES ECA, which I am expecting before the end of the month.

Therefore, if I fill out an Express Entry profile today, I should be chosen in the next draw coming up July 26 -28, 2017.

My questions are:
1. Which is faster Express Entry or MPNP Nomination (paper application)?
2. Can I apply for both?
3. Any predictions on the next Express Entry Draw?
4. Is there any benefit of choosing MPNP Nomination over Express Entry?

Thanks for your response. I noticed that EE is faster but it seems that MPNP helps you to get a bridging open work permit. You can get one with EE as well but you have to apply four months in advance.

You can apply for two different streams. It's on the IRCC website. You will only be refunded the Right of Permanent Residence Fee

Yes, you can apply for both, as long as the applications are two different streams. For example, paper based and EE.
