Please note i have completed my Degree (Level 6) at University of Plymouth UK. However its a 3 years of degree program and i got my Level 5 Higher diploma within the second year of my degree.

In my case, how do i fill CRS results based on education level. Is it calculated as a single degree or two certificates.

Being honest the Education Credential Assessment (ECA) process is the only thing that can give your a certain answer.

Before doing that is it OK to add two credentials (Degree & Diploma) to evaluate via ECA? or just put my degree.

You are paying the same fee. I highly recommend adding all post secondary studies that you have.
