express entry university ending date

hi guys,i'm facing an issue

i have done my graduation of 3 yrs 2015-2018 however i had backlogs in
many subjects because of which i got my degree in 2020 although i didn't attend
college in this period,i was working, i am confused what (ending date) and (duration of course)
should i enter in the express entry profile
